I am a big believer in empathy. It’s something that permeates my life. It’s how I connect with family, friends, and strangers. I believe that our world needs empathy now more than ever.
Empathy also permeates my work. I try to first understand my audience’s hopes, motivations, fears, and problems before creating content. My hope is that my content connects with people in a way that shows that I understand them.
